A big benefit of working with Vieth Consulting, LLC is accessibility to techs. Their technicians answer phones and emails and are ready to assist right away. Having a local presence in the Madison area is much appreciated after working with a national IT consulting firm without much local support. Vieth Consulting, LLC is a small firm that is forward thinking and is covering the bases like a larger IT consulting firm. In many cases, they are doing things better than a larger firm. Dan is accessible and open to suggestions on how to make our IT environment better. We were assigned a lead technician, Brandon, when we switched to Vieth. Brandon has worked hard to formalize processes, thereby reducing the amount of time it takes other Vieth techs to help our staff. From our vantage point, Vieth does a better job of watching out for our entire network as the techs have a good grasp of how to do things accurately and efficiently. I like that we don't ever feel that we are of being upsold as the techs are trained to make budget wise, yet effective recommendations.

Dan Vieth and his team helped save my company in early 2020 from a debilitating ransomware virus. They worked around the clock, sometimes at 2 am, to successfully get our data back from the hackers. It was a truly terrifying experience, and we couldn't have possibly gotten through it without Vieth Consulting, LLC having our back. The techs at Vieth Consulting, LLC have been nothing short of professional for the 4 years I've been working with them. They've supplied our company with data protection and backup, remote access support, as well as installation of new hardware. Every time we call in, someone knowledgeable answers and immediately helps us with whatever issue is at hand. They kindly and clearly explain everything in layman's terms to ensure my team and I understand exactly what is happening behind the scenes. There is huge peace of mind working with Vieth and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Vieth Consulting, LLC has never tried to sell us anything more than what we needed. They always provide prompt and courteous service. Vieth is more than willing to work with 3rd party vendors to resolve networking issues. Recently we installed a new hosted phone system which is cloud-based. I was on the fence about its reliability, but the team at Vieth reassured me by describing experiences their other clients have had with VoIP phones. Vieth Consulting, LLC consulting employees are very knowledgeable of the IT world. They are courteous and very pleasant to work with. In the 10 years that I have worked with them, I have never had a bad relationship.

Before retaining Vieth Consulting, LLC. for our IT needs, we relied on one of our own employees for most of our basic computer needs, along with using a separate company to run our servers. When our in-house person decided to move on to another job, we struggled to find a replacement. We decided to try outsourcing everything to Vieth Consulting, LLC. The single biggest benefit of having all our IT supported by one company has made our IT needs something we no longer have to manage. They maintain our proprietary knowledge base and have upgraded us to the most current server technology setup, further increasing productivity. Not only does outsourcing versus using an in house employee make sense, but Vieth Consulting, LLC. is also a small business run by an owner whose name is on the business. There is a commitment to quality service and support that you might not get in a larger IT company. I'd say Vieth's responsiveness and availability along with their competency sets them apart from other options. We also found that their fixed pricing model is very fair. You never feel nickel and dimed or reluctant to call them for daily support. We have them on speed dial for all our staff!
